The chapter recently received the following letter from Greg Harbaugh, president & CEO of Sigma Chi Foundation. It has been shortened somewhat to fit our screen…..

I am pleased to announce the Eta Mu Chapter at Eastern Illinois has been granted Thomas Cowan Bell Chapter status for the 2015-2016 school year! Your Blue Level Bell Chapter status is the result of generous support from alumni donors to the Sigma Chi Foundation.

The Eta Mu Chapter is eligible for the following enhanced benefits in 2015-2016 funded by the Sigma Chi Foundation:
  *  Eight registrations for the 2015 Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (vs. five for non-Bell chapters)
  *  One designated Horizons slot for a qualified applicant in the summer of 2015
  *  One designated $1,000 General Undergraduate Scholarship for a qualified applicant
  *  An additional $250 travel stipend for costs associated with Balfour LTW
  *  Delivery of the Crossroads program in 2015-2016 with preferred scheduling and no cost to the chapter

Congratulations on your Bell Chapter status. We look forward to providing world-class leadership programming and scholarships for the betterment of your chapter and the benefit of your members …
